Fantastic Villa, heated pool great in the rain! But we also had some fantastic sunshine. One of the best equipped villas we have stayed in. When we were here (end October)the shops / supermarkets were closed Wednesday from lunchtime! Altea, south on the coast is worth a visit, lovely old town. M R S and L Oct/Nov 06

What a great way to spend Christmas; much more relaxed than the usual madness! We had 3 rainy days and 3 sunny days but the heated pool was used every day (a luxury we want every time now!) The villa was so relaxing we could spend time indoors watching films and playing with the few toys we bought out for the kids. Javea itself was quiet which made it feel more Spanish than times we've come before - we certainly didn't see many other tourists. On Christmas day we went for a lovely walk round the port area and we were suprised how many places were open - worth knowing for another time as we'd bought lots of food in thinking everywhere would be closed!

Fantastic Villa, everyone enjoyed the pool - in it everyday. Pool and garden lights look great. From the villa to the arenal beach takes approx 35 mins walking. We would advise you take a taxi home at night as it's a bit dangerous because of the lack of footpaths. Bus stop right outside Mas y Mas will take you to the port, good shopping and places to eat. Great holiday. Fabulous villa well equiped and clean. Heated pool was a fantastic luxury which will definately be required every holiday from now on! A lot oftime spent in the pool no matter what the weather!! Mixed weather with a couple of days of heavy rain so didn't get much use of the barbeque unfortunately. Ate out at lots of good places but Austriaco-Wein for breakfast and La Boheme for dinner definately worth a try. Will definately stay at Villa Margarita next time in Javea. Enjoy! A.D.T.S.O & E.
